Out of the top four teams who advance to the playoffs, the top two teams will play the Qualifier 1 while the 3rd and 4th placed team on the IPL 2018 points table will play the Eliminator. The winner of Eliminator will play against the loser of Qualifier 1 in the Qualifier 2. The winner of Qualifier 2 will face the Qualifier winner in the IPL 2018 final.

If the match is tied then the winner will be decided by Super Over while In case of a No Result or drawn due to any reason then points will be divided among both the teams.
